Positive: This is a great place to stay with a larger group. We had rented the entire house for various members of the family to attend a graduation. The host was very responsive and had provided all kinds of goodies. It had everything we needed. Thank you for having us!
Negative: The only small detraction is that it's next to a busy road, so if you plan to have the window open at night, bring ear plugs. That worked well for us.

Positive: The host was really nice, very clean, we had our own kitchen with snacks provided & the upstairs room was very spacey.
Negative: I wasn’t aware the room was all the way upstairs in an attic type space which wasn’t bad except the stairs were steep & if you’re not careful you could hit your head on the wall slants near your bed and in the bathroom. The window was open the whole time and we couldn’t close it so it made it hard to sleep with the ongoing sirens / airplane / traffic noises. Bed wasn’t very comfy either. It gave me back pain and I would toss and turn all night.
Summary: Great location. Great host. Very clean.

Positive: The location was handy to the places we needed to go. The apartment was comfortable with more space than we expected. On site parking was very helpful.
Negative: The only thing that was less than ideal was being on a main road with traffic going by nearly all night. It was only noticeable from the queen bedroom by light sleepers. Also it would have been nice to have a second bathroom or at least a half bath.
